Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Hawaii <br /> County General Plan in accordance with Section 3-15, Hawaii County Charter, and <br /> Section 16.2 Interim Amendments, Hawaii County General Plan adopted by Ordinance <br /> No. OS 25. <br /> SECTION 2. The attached document includes amendments to the text, policies, <br /> courses of action, Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide (LUPAG) Map, and Facilities Map. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. <br /> In re-printing the General Plan, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need <br /> not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 5.
