The recent Legislative <br /> Auditor's audit identified insufficient staff to prepare the numerous contracts for transfer <br /> station enhancements and recycling efforts. This new position is needed to provide clerical <br /> and other assistance to the Solid Waste Division Chief, Engineering, and special programs <br /> staff.
