<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4~4 t36 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FROM KEIKI <br /> AINA 1, LLC, IDENTIFIED AS BEING A PORTION OF TAX MAP KEY: (3}Z-4-012-008, <br /> SITUATE AT WAIAKEA HOMESTEADS, FIRST SERIES, WAIAKEA, DISTRICT OF <br /> SOUTH HILO, ISLAND, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, KEIKI AINA 1, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, is the owner of <br /> the property identified as being a portion of TMK No. (3)2-4-012:008, containing an area of <br /> 86 square feet, located at Waiakea Homesteads, First Series, Waiakea, District of South Hilo, <br /> Island, County and State of Hawaii, more particularly described and delineated in the attached <br /> dedication deed; and <br /> WHEREAS, Keiki Aina 1, LLC is desirous to dedicating the subject real property to the <br /> County of Hawaii for road widening purposes, and said dedication is in compliance with the <br /> provisions of Chapter 23, Hawaii County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides that the <br /> Council may accept gifts which include the dedication of land on behalf of the County of <br /> Hawaii. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE rT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, that <br /> the County of Hawaii accepts the real property in the attached dedication deed and more <br /> specifically identified as being a portion of Tax Map Key: (3)2-4-012:008, for road widening <br /> purposes. <br /> <br />
