(3)1-2-06: 033 AND 081 <br /> On January 8, 1997 we received a memorandum and map, marked Exhibit "B" and "C" respectively, from <br /> the Planning Director that recommended the abandonment ofthe subject remnant. We have investigated <br /> the matter and concur with their recommendation. However, because the remnant does not have a legal <br /> right-of--way to describe its presence, we are submitting a Resolution that abandons and quitclaims the <br /> road remnant to the State of Hawaii. <br /> For your information, thf; road remnant has of no public value except as access to the property leased to <br /> the Kalapana Ghana Association.
