b. Assigned Special "fax <br /> The Assigned Special Tax for Residential Property shall be based on the <br /> Residential Floor Area of each dwelling unit located on the TMK Parcel. Backup Special Tax <br /> (i) Residential Property <br /> The Backup Special 'l'ax attributable to Residential Property within <br /> a Final Map will equal $20,056 multiplied by the Acreage of all <br /> Taxable Property located within such Final Map, excluding current <br /> or expected Non-Residential Property, Taxable Public Property, <br /> Taxable Property Owner Association Property, and Taxable Non- <br /> Taxable Zone Property. <br /> The Backup Special Tax for each TMK Parcel of Residential Property <br /> in a Final Map shall be computed by dividing the aggregate Backup <br /> Special Tax attributable to such Final Map by the aggregate number <br /> of units for which building permits for residential construction have <br /> or may be issued within the Final Map and multiplying the resulting <br /> quotient by the number of units within each TMK Parcel for which <br /> building permits for residential construction have been or may be <br /> issued. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, if all or any portion of a Final Map is <br /> subsequently changed or modified, then the Backup Special Tax for <br /> each TMK Parcel of Residential Property in such Final Map that is <br /> changed or modified shall be a rate per Acre calculated as follows: <br /> County of Hawaii <br /> <br /> /A No. ! of CFD No. ! -The Villages of Ainn Le`a Page 6 <br /> <br />
