DEDICATION DEED <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT ALII KAI, INC., a Hawaii <br /> corporation, whose mailing address is 77-6398 Kaheiau Street, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740, <br /> hereinafrer called the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) <br /> and other valuable consideration to it paid by the COUNTY OF HAWAII, a municipal <br /> corporation duly existing under, pursuant to and by virtue of the laws of the State of Hawaii, whose <br /> principal place of busin<:ss and mailing address is 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, <br /> hereinafter called the GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant <br /> and convey unto the said Grantee, its legal successors and assigns, for park purposes, the following <br /> described property: <br /> That certain pazcel known as Lot A, being a portion of R. P. 4475, L. C. <br /> Aw. 7713, Apana 43 to V.
