Report of official action taken at the June 16, 2006 <br /> meeting approving the slate of HSAC officers for <br /> fiscal year 2006-07; <br /> <br /> B. Report of official action taken at the June 16, 2006 <br /> meeting approving a disbursement of $1,000 to the Maui <br /> Council for opening a new HSAC checking account; and <br /> <br /> C. Report of official action taken approving the HSAC <br /> budget for fiscal year 2006-07. <br /> <br /> IV. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br /> Appointment To Board Of Advisors To Center For Alternative <br /> Dispute Resolution <br /> <br /> By a correspondence, dated May 4, 2006, the Hawaii Chief <br /> Justice requested HSAC to appoint a representative to the <br /> Board of Advisors to the Judiciary's Center for Alternative <br /> Dispute Resolution. <br /> <br /> President Rapozo noted that Kauai Councilmember JoAnn <br /> Yukimura presently serves as one of two HSAC <br /> representatives on the Board of Advisors. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to the correspondence, dated June 28, 2006, from <br /> Secretary Cachola, Alternate Dela Cruz moved to nominate <br /> Honolulu Councilmember Barbara Marshall to serve as the <br /> other HSAC representative on the Board. <br /> <br /> Treasurer Pontanilla seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> Alternate Dela Cruz then moved to close the nominations. <br /> Treasurer Pontanilla seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> The Executive Committee approved the appointment of <br /> <br /> Councilmember Marshall to serve on the Board of Advisors to <br /> the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution. <br /> President Rapozo noted that Hawaii Councilmember Bob <br /> Jacobsen, by a correspondence, dated July 3, 2006, <br /> expressed a desire to be considered for appointment to the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2 <br />
