AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 12, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE OFFICIAL BULLETIN BOARD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Purpose. The County council finds that due to the renovations of the Hawaii County building located at 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, the official bulletin board that is located at this address needs to be moved. The Hawaii County Council and the executive branch of the Hawaii County building will be domiciled in three different locations in Hilo. The council proposes that the official bulletin board be moved to 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawaii. SECTION 2. Chapter 14, article 12, Hawaii County Code 1983, (2005 Edition, as amended) is amended by amending article 12 to read as follows: "Article 12. Official Bulletin Board. Section 14-71. Official bulletin board established; purpose. There shall be an official bulletin board [ef] located at the Hawaii County building at Aupuni Center, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawaii for the posting of council and committee agendas and public notices of meetings of the County of Hawaii. This bulletin board is established in compliance with the provisions of article XIII, Hawaii County Charter. Section 14-72. Official bulletin board location.
