<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ...•+r w.M'~' <br /> BILL N0.346 <br /> Draft 2 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 06 1.40 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 12, HAWAII COUNTY <br /> CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE OFFICIAL <br /> BULLETIN BOARD. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose. The County council finds that due to the renovations of the <br /> Hawaii County building located at 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, the official bulletin board <br /> <br /> that is located at this address needs to be moved. The Hawaii County Council and the executive <br /> <br /> branch of the Hawaii County building will be domiciled in three different locations in Hilo. The <br /> council proposes that the official bulletin board be moved to 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 14, article 12, Hawaii County Code 1983, (2005 Edition, as <br /> <br /> amended) is amended by amending article 12 to read as follows: <br /> "Article 12. Official Bulletin Board. <br /> Section 14-71. Official bulletin board established; purpose. <br /> There shall be an official bulletin board [e€] located at the Hawaii County <br /> building at Aupuni Center, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawaii for the posting of council <br /> and committee agendas and public notices of meetings of the County of Hawaii. This <br /> bulletin board is established in compliance with the provisions of article XIII, Hawaii <br /> County Charter. <br /> Section 14-72. Official bulletin board location. <br /> The official bulletin board of the Hawaii County building at [2-5-z4apuni] A~uni <br /> Center, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo, Hawaii shall be located [~°'.w:.. °°..°_°a <br /> °A"'° '-~~~'a~-° ]immediately adjacent to its main entrance and shall be <br /> conspicuously displayed and identified by the words "public notices" appearing thereon. <br /> Section 14-73.
