The current lease with BF Hilo Partners <br /> is for a one-year period for 6,871 square feet of office space located at the 333 Kilauea Avenue, <br /> Hilo, Hawaii, 96720. The purpose of this resolution is to line up the term of the lease for the <br /> 6,871 square feet office space to coincide with the same terms as the resolution approved for the <br /> Legislative Research Branch and the Reprographic Division.
