I'm speaking for all the homeowners of MG that <br /> <br /> are adjacent to the proposed mid-level access road referred to in <br /> Bill #_251 <br /> <br /> <br /> We would like the county council members to know that from our <br /> personal perspective, if this roadway is constructed it would have <br /> very serious economic and health consequences to each and every <br /> <br /> home owner MGs especially those who own homes adjacent to <br /> road H. <br /> <br /> <br /> We would like to know if there is any thought to who will <br /> compensate the abutting home owners for the loss of peace and <br /> quiet as well as monetary loss from heavy equipment vibration and <br /> <br /> increased traffic damaging our homes? <br /> <br /> In our petition to the Chair and Council Members ( from the home <br /> <br /> owners that are presently in the state of HI ) we have outlined a few of the <br /> major health and safety issues we wish you to consider prior to <br /> voting on this matter, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We would like the county council and the Department of Public <br /> Works look into: <br /> <br /> <br /> Comm.
