Delete and reword course of action (e) into separate new courses of action, and add <br />new courses of action as follows: <br />(e) [Construct the following north -south collector roadways from Palani Drive <br />and extending north to the proposed University Drive: 1) Ane Keohokalole <br />Highway (Mid-level Road); 2) Keanalehu (Waena Drive); and 3) Kealakaa <br />Street.] Construct Keohokalole Highway (Mid-level Road) from Palani Road <br />to the proposed University Drive. Construct a collector road from <br />Keohokalole Highway extending north to Mamalahoa Highway. <br />(f) Extend Kealakaa Street to Holoholo Street. <br />(g) Connect Keanalehu Drive to Manawalea Street to create a connection between <br />Kealakaa Street and Kealakehe Parkway. <br />(h) Connect Kamanu Street ("Main Street") between Kealakehe Parkway and <br />Costco, then extend north to proposed University Drive. <br />(i) Construct Village Bypass from Alii Drive to Kuakini Highway, and from <br />Kuakini Highway to Hualalai Road to meet with Nani Kailua Drive. <br />6) Realign the intersection of Kealakaa Street and Palani Road. <br />(k) Connect Kanalani Street to Keanalehu Drive. <br />(1) Connect Hienaloli Road from Palani Road to Hualalai Road. <br />(m) Connect Puapuaanui Street from Queen Kaahumanu Highway to Hualalai <br />Road. <br />(n) Encourage the State to widen the Queen Kaahumanu Highway from Henry <br />Street to Kamehameha III Road. <br />C.
