These <br /> grant conditions describe the necessary County action required to <br /> fully utilize the Hilo Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), and to <br /> evaluate and update the County's user charge system/sewer use <br /> ordinance. This amendment also expands the scope of the Hilo <br /> grant to include the construction of the Kalanianaole Collector <br /> and Ainako Interceptor Part B. <br /> The enclosed amendment is an administrative amendment and <br /> does not change the total eligible project cost and/or the grant <br /> amount. <br /> The original and two copies of the enclosed grant amendment <br /> should be signed, dated, and returned to the Wastewater Branch, <br /> Environmental Management Division, Hawaii Department of Health, <br /> P.O.
