GENERAL INFORMATION ' APPROPRIATION AND ACCOUNTING DATA APPROPRIATION NUMBER ACCOUNT NUMBER ~O BJECT CLAbS CODE NA NA ~ NA DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT: PURSUANT TO EPA ASSISTANCE REGULATION'40 CFH 30.700, THE ABOVE-NUMBERED ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: - This administrative amendment expands the scope of the Hilo Wastewater Treatment and Conveyance Project, 'Phase I, to include the construction of the Kalanianaole Collector and Ainako Interceptor Part B. .This amendment does not change the total eligible project-cost or grant amount. This amendment also revises grant condition no. 11 and adds special conditions no. 13 - 19 as follows: 11. The grantee agrees to build a complete wastewater treatment system as defined in 40 CFR 35.2005(b)(12) whether or not grant funding is available for the remaining projects in the facilities plan.
