The County will conduct the user charge system study and <br /> implement study recommendations in accordance with the <br /> following schedule: <br /> Draft preliminary report/Begin 12/01/91 <br /> developing draft implementation plan <br /> Complete contract/Submit implementation 12/31/91 <br /> plan to County Council <br /> Workshop with Council and Administration 1/28/92 <br /> Introduce Sewer Use Ordinance to 3/24/92 <br /> Council Committee <br /> First Reading 4/01/92 <br /> Second Reading 4/15/92 <br /> Media Support 3/01/92 <br /> Effective Date of Ordinance 7/01/92 <br /> Should the County fail to meet the deadlines of the user <br /> charge system study and/or fail to implement study findings, <br /> EPA will withhold payments until the grantee satisfactorily <br /> demonstrates its intent to complete the study and implement <br /> findings. <br /> <br />
