construction, staking, construction inspection and any and all appurtenant facilities
<br /> relating to the foregoing.
<br /> • Water System improvements, including, but not limited to, wells, tanks, piping,
<br /> mains, valves, meters, fire hydrants, air & vac assembly, blow off assembly and
<br /> paving. The Water System improvements will also serve as a backup water system
<br /> for the region. It is our understanding that the County Water Department's share of
<br /> water produced by this system will be greater than that which has been previously
<br /> required for similar water development agreements.
<br /> • Storm drain improvements, including intermittent stream crossings, junction
<br /> structures, slope protection, drain pipes, catch basins, dry wells, riser inlet, low flow
<br /> pipe system and interceptor drain.
<br /> • Electrical system improvements including, but not limited to, poles, transformers,
<br /> cable, wire, switching stations, meters, conduit, engineering, survey, design,
<br /> inspection, and other appurtenant facilities for electricity distribution and use.
<br /> • Cable system, including but not limited to, cable, cooling systems, power supplies,
<br /> connector interface panels, switch interface boards, routing engines, control boazds,
<br /> and other facilities necessary for the distribution and use of a cable system.
<br /> • Phone system, including but not limited to, wire, switches, generators, towers,
<br /> poles, and other facilities to make a phone system viable.
<br /> • Hiking and biking trail system, including but not limited to, planning, engineering,
<br /> design, base, asphalt, concrete, curbing, landscaping, irrigation and other facilities
<br /> to make a trail system usable. The hiking and biking trail system will be available
<br /> for use by members of the public and will not be restricted to residents of the
<br /> district.
<br /> • Approximately 16 acres of passive parks and ] 0 acres of active parks, including but
<br /> not limited to, grass, landscaping, parking lots, trails, restrooms, buildings, fencing,
<br /> planning, design, engineering, surveying, playground equipment, signs, and other
<br /> facilities to make a park usable for the public. The park facilities will be available
<br /> for use by the public and not restricted to residents of the district.
<br /> • Infrastructure to aid in police and fire protection, including but not limited to,
<br /> equipment, buildings, training facilities, and other facilities to assist the police and
<br /> fire departments.
<br /> The estimated costs of the facilities aze shown in Table 1 below.
