The proposed <br /> development will not adversely impact recreational resources, including access to and <br /> along the shoreline or to mountain areas, scenic and open space vistas, visual resources to <br /> the shoreline, coastal ecosystems and mazine ecosystems. <br /> 13. Special Management Area (SMA): The property is not within the SMA boundazy.
