We found <br /> too many provisions that did not adequately address the problems and created many new <br /> problems. We concluded that the bill was so inadequate to the issue that it could not <br /> really be fixed. <br /> We encourage you not to override the Mayor's veto and to return to the drawing boards on <br /> this one. The issue is complex and difficult because there are so many variations on the <br /> situations trying to be addressed.
