Needless to say I am in favor of this bill. I personally last month <br /> experienced this 10% late fee and felt like the hole I've been trying to climb out of in these <br /> sluggish economic times just got deeper and darker. I applaude these changes and only hope that <br /> you may he able to also add in that they be retroactive.
