If the project is unable to provide <br /> all of the required match funds, please have the project director call the assigned Planning <br /> Specialist, Kathleen Mitchell at (808) 586-1389. An Applicant's Manual is being sent directly to <br /> the project director. The project director will need to submit an original and two copies of the <br /> application for grant to the Department of the Attorney General, Crime Prevention & Justice <br /> Assistance Division.
