As the <br /> Bills now stand, within the current density standards imposed on <br /> a Resort/Retreat, this facility could be developed as a public, <br /> commercial resort. People in this Community are opposed to any <br /> possibility of that occurring. Language in these Bills must include <br /> legally enforceable conditions which restrict the use of this <br /> facility to club members-only, as the developer has represented <br /> to us.
