Section Minimum buildine site azea. <br /> The minimum buildine site area in the UNV district shall be seven thousand five hundred <br /> square feet. <br /> Section Minimum building site average width. <br /> Each buildine site in the UNV district shall have a minimum buildine site avera eg width <br /> of sixt feet. <br /> Section Minimum vazds. <br /> The minimum vazds in the UNV district shall be as follows: <br /> (a) Front or rear vards, fifteen feet; and <br /> (b) Side vards, none, except where the adioining buildine site is in an RS, RD, RM or ' <br /> RCX district.
