For example, when the loading zones were <br /> being established along Alii Drive between Palani Street and Hualalai Road, the amendment <br /> process exceeded 90 days. <br /> This amendment will allow the Director of Public Works to continue with the process of <br /> effectuating the provisions of an amendment to this chapter when scheduling or other unforeseen <br /> circumstances extend the 90 day period without obtaining an extension from the County Council. <br /> We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment.
