These funds, <br /> derived from the U.S. Administration of Aging, will be used to coordinate the mobilization of the <br /> public and private partnerships at the community level to implement and sustain the delivery of <br /> evidence-based prevention through an aging service provider organization. The Office of <br /> Aging will focus its efforts on building the Aging Network capacity in evidence based <br /> programming and effectively embedding an evidence based physical fitness program in the <br /> Aging Network.
