Attachment-S 1 <br /> i. Appoint an individual to attend an annual training and information <br /> exchange program. <br /> j. Fully cooperate with designated AoA Technical Assistance Center and <br /> evaluation providers on joint technical assistance activities. <br /> k. Cooperate with Federal research efforts. This may include participation in <br /> surveys, interviews, and other data collection activities. <br /> 1. Submit reports to EOA. <br /> i. The HCOA will provide narrative, budget and/or other required <br /> documents to EOA within the timeframe requested. These may <br /> include: revised narrative updating the status of the project and <br /> priorities; revised budget on approved forms; and revised budget <br /> narrative which provides a justification for funds requested. <br /> ii.
