This extension was included as part of the <br /> original design area for the Papaikou Sewerage System and plans have <br /> already been completed. Currently, the Contractor is close to completing <br /> the Papaikou Sewer project and may be demobilizing his equipment in the <br /> near future. To prevent incurring additional costs for remobilizing the <br /> Contractor's equipment, request the attached resolution be waived to the <br /> full Council on February 5, 1997. <br /> We appreciate your early review and consideration of this resolution. <br /> Please feel free to contact Mr. Peter Boucher, Wastewater Division Chief, <br /> at 961-8338, should you have any questions. <br /> DONNA FAY K.
