SEC. 2, former paragraph (8), renumbered as "(9)" and amended as follows: "([8}9) Incidental expenses to be paid from special assessments shall include the County's administrative expenses directly incurred in the collection of assessments pursuant to Sections 35-23 and 35-25 Hawaii Countv Code; the District Association's costs including administration legal fees, accounting, management, office space, office equipment, office [acrd] supplies and insurance; and reimbursement of expenses incidental to the creation of the District It is proposed that an additional $76 000 will be incurred as incidental expenses"; 11. SEC. 2, former paragraph (9), renumbered as "(10)"; 12. SEC. 2, former paragraph (10), renumbered as "(11)" and amended subparagraph "(B)" as follows: Deleted the word "[acrd]" at the end of the paragraph. 13. SEC. 2, in renumbered paragraph (11), amended subparagraph "(C)" as follows: Added the following language afrer the amount "$100": "(C) ...$100 or the actual assessment whichever is the lesser amount; and..." 14. SEC. 2, in renumbered paragraph (11), added a new subparagraph (D) as follows: " D~ The following~arcels of land shall not be levied special assessments: Parcels of land owned by the United States or the State of Hawaii; provided, however, that propertv and leases of eovernment property subiect to real propertv taxation under Section 19-84, 19-85 and 19-86 of the Hawaii Countv Code shall be assessed under this District Plan.
