No. 75-07 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa <br /> 78-128 `Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 2:03 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was refen•ed Resolution No. 75-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 75-07, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. ] 77, dated <br /> February 8, 2007, requesting that a new Departmental Personnel Clerk position be created for its Administration <br /> Office. <br /> It is anticipated that in early FY 2007-08, a new Vehicle Registration and Licensing Division will be created <br /> from a merger and transfer of positions from the Treasury Division's Motor Vehicle Registration Branch and the <br /> Police Department's Licensing and PMVI Divisions. With this new division, the staff count will increase by an <br /> additional 23 employees, bringing it up to 125 positions.
