The acquisition of the 32 port controller will require the <br /> <br /> ' following steps: <br /> 1.) Secure funds. Prepare B202. <br /> 2.) Develop quote specifications and solicit written quotes for <br /> the 32 port controller. <br /> 3.) Get approval from DDS on the vendor's proposed equipment. <br /> 4.) Purchase the controller. <br /> 5.) Work with DDS on the new port configuration and <br /> implementation schedule. <br /> 6.) Arrange installation with Vendor. <br /> 7.) Installation and Implementation. <br /> The installation of the controller (dependent on DDS' and <br /> vendor's scheduling) would probably take place in October. <br /> At your earliest convenience, I would like to meet with you to <br /> review and discuss the contents of this memo. <br /> cc: G.A.
