Kiyota, Administrator <br /> Real Property Tax Division <br /> SUBJECT: Central Services Agreement Contract FY 97-98 <br /> The Central Services Agreement Contract between the County of Hawaii and the <br /> City & County of Honolulu cost us $210,163 in fiscal 1996-97. In the past, the <br /> cost of the contract has increased somewhere between six to seven percent <br /> annually. As you are aware, all of the divisions were required to cut our <br /> operating budgets by ten percent in FY '97-98.
