We subsequently had $5,500 restored for 5 <br /> 7-double drawer file cabinets. <br /> We request that $7,500 from the Fund Balance is requested for <br /> the bar code reader & accessories ($2,000) and $5,500 for an <br /> additional 5 7-double drawer file cabinets which will meet our <br /> need to convert the entire 8 years supply of paid warrants <br /> currently stored in paper file cabinets. <br /> Also current 16 port controller under Real Property Tax's <br /> control needs to be replaced by a 32 port controller.
