(b) No subdivision plat may be filed with the bureau of conveyances or land court until submitted to and approved by the director. (c) The contents of an ordinance concernine the approval of a subdivision of seven or more lots, and any amendment thereto, pursuant to section 23-58, need not be set out in full in anv codification or recodification of, or supplementation to this chapter so long as a summary of the ordinance, and anv amendment thereto, is included in this chapter or in an appropriate annex to this chapter. The summary which shall be maintained and updated by the director shall include at a minimum the followine information: (1) Ordinance number and effective date• (2) General location of land affected or tax map key; (3) Original subdivision designation; and (4) Final subdivision designation." SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. SECTION 5. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material, and underscoring need not be included.
