preliminary and final plans and documents for approval as provided in this <br /> chapter and State law. <br /> (b) No subdivision plat may be filed with the bureau of conveyances or land court <br /> until submitted to and approved by the director. <br /> (c) The contents of an ordinance concernine the approval of a subdivision of seven or <br /> more lots, and any amendment thereto, pursuant to section 23-58, need not be set <br /> out in full in anv codification or recodification of, or supplementation to this <br /> chapter so long as a summary of the ordinance, and anv amendment thereto, is <br /> included in this chapter or in an appropriate annex to this chapter. The summary <br /> which shall be maintained and updated by the director shall include at a minimum <br /> the followine information: <br /> (1) Ordinance number and effective date• <br /> (2) General location of land affected or tax map key; <br /> (3) Original subdivision designation; and <br /> (4) Final subdivision designation." <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 5. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material, and underscoring need <br /> <br /> not be included. <br /> SECTION 6.
