MtY Os <br /> `9~,"" lei.' <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ti~O~~M~ <br /> BILL NO. a~ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE <br /> 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-271, <br /> schedule 19 (Prohibited left turn areas), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (1995 edition, as amended), is amended by adding the <br /> following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Route 180 at Route 11 for south bound motorists between the <br /> hours of 3'30 p m and 6'30 p m Monday through Friday except <br /> holidays. <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect <br /> other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br /> without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
