Following wnsultation v~ith the United <br /> States Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services, I am submitting for your <br /> consideration a proposed amendment that provides for coordination with the USDA. <br /> The proposed amendment to Resolution No. 134 updates the following: <br /> 1. Resolution Title: "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, <br /> DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, AND <br /> DESIGNATED COUNCIL MEMBER TO COORDINATE WITH TF~ <br /> UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE WILDLIFE <br /> SERVICES [ ` <br /> ~4SSA6~IAI+1] TO FORMULATE AONE-YEAR PILOT PROGRAM TO <br /> TRAP INVASIVE FERAL PIG POPULATIONS IN HAWAII ISLAND <br /> RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES AND AGRICULTURAL FARM LOTS: ' <br /> 2.
