The Supplemental TIAR was prepared to consider a scenario whereby the <br /> planned Ali`i Highway project is delayed beyond the time frame of this development. <br /> As with the original TIAR, the Supplemental Report assumes that the planned <br /> Mamalahoa Highway Bypass Road, which is to extend from the ICeauhou to Captain <br /> Coolc, will be completed prior to the development of the subject project. The <br /> Supplemental TIAR, assuming the Ali`i Highway is not constructed, recommends several <br /> additional improvements both internally and externally to the project. The Report <br /> indicates that the recommended improvements, together with other regional <br /> improvements planned by the County and State, are expected to mitigate traffic impacts <br /> resulting from the full development of Parce153. Copies of the full Supplemental TIAR, <br /> which includes the technical analysis of the existing and future conditions with and <br /> without the project, are available if needed. ~ LL g .
