The present <br /> parking situation is dire with patients having to drive azound the lot several times before a <br /> parking stall opens up. Allowing the adjacent property to be used for staff parking would, <br /> free up rivettty stalls in the main parking lot for patients to use. <br /> If allowed, the lot would probably be used only Monday through Friday from 7:OOatn to <br /> 6:OOpm. Only assigned medical services personnel will. be parking there, so the <br /> neighbors will be able to find out who is responsible should any potential pxoblems arise. <br /> It can be cocked securely and monitored. by security personnel during their usual rounds <br /> of the 82 Puuhonu Place property. The lot is cleared, fenced and sloping, thus it is very <br /> easy to view from the street. Its high visibility should discourage any ri.££ra£££rom <br /> taking ,place on the premises, especially eompat'ed With having the property overgrown <br /> with high grass and brush. <br /> Please approve the request for this zoning change.
