Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification ofproperty <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Punahoa 2°d, South <br /> Hilo, Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial - 10,000 square feet (CN-10): <br /> Beginning at the west corner of this parcel of land and on the southeasterly side of <br /> Punahele Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government <br /> Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" being 401.48 feet North and 627.55 feet West and <br /> running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 232° 49' 71.00 feet along the southeasterly side of <br /> Punahele Street; <br /> 2. 322° 49' 130.00 feet along Lot 7; <br /> 3. 52° 49' 71.00 feet along the remainder of L.C.
