These amendments represent significant changes. I apologize for getting <br /> these lengthy amendments to the Council at such a late date, but I was ill and unable to process this <br /> amendment in a timely manner. Because of the substantial changes created by this proposed <br /> amendment, I request that Bil15l stay in the Public Works committee for at least one more session. <br /> BF/dh <br /> <br />
