We understand that <br /> these issues aze also relevant to the cun•ent Draft 3. <br /> Mr. McClure asked that we forward to you, under attorney-client privileged <br /> cover, copies of the May 21, 2007 initial opinion letter which we provided him, for your <br /> information as you consider the currently proposed amendments to Bill No. 51, Draft 3. <br /> Please find said copies enclosed. Since Director McClure and the County Council share <br /> a common legal interest in ensuring that revisions to Chapter 27 aze legal, these matters <br /> maybe considered attorney-client privileged unless all parties agree otherwise. <br /> The enclosed letter is of a general, issue-spotting nature.
