I believe that as Councilmen, you have a duty to the citizens of tfrFB f, carp i~~r of <br /> Hawaii to assun3 that proper Consultation with professionals and other knerr,ls+agesi.bl+~ <br /> parties takes place 1~ to introducing legislation.
