I believe that as Councilmen, you have a duty to the citizens of tn~! ~I:,: Ginty of <br /> Hawaii to assure that proper consultation with professionals and other knr, arl! ~callt:~ablcr <br /> parties takes place arlor to introducing legislation. it seems that the Coucr,; I ! la noose 7 <br /> amendments to Bi1151 are being rammed through the process with all tesarnurr,~ t~y <br /> professionals and others with vast experience in flood control issues cornl:~l!~,~~~I;, <br /> ignored.
