We intend to implement the recommendations along with <br /> additional corrective action measures, such as providing on-going training to staff on HUD requirements, <br /> to help ensure that similar problems do not occur in the future. <br /> Anticipated Completion Date: This will be an ongoing effort. <br /> r. Finding 06-02 Davis-Bacon Act -Late Payroll Submission <br /> Recommendation: We recommend that the Project Engineers review the Payroll Log for each project <br /> (filed in the project's payroll file) that lists the Certified Copies of Payroll received and the date they <br /> were received. The Payroll Log provides the Project Engineers with an easy way to determine if <br /> contractor(s)/subcontractor(s) have been submitting the weekly Certified Copies of Payroll on a timely <br /> basis.
