Additionally. DPW <br /> shall: <br /> (A) Use adequate internal controls to safeeuazd and preserve the <br /> functional inteerity of the applicant's file⢠and <br /> (B) C~v all State and/or Federal permits associated with the DPW <br /> permit application Those State and/or Federal permit copies shall <br /> be kept with the original Tax Ma~Key (TMK) file. Should any <br /> TMK be subdivided copies of those State and/or Federal permits <br /> shall be maintained with the new TMK's. <br /> SUMMARY.' <br /> (b)(7) Add language requiring maintenance of applicable State and Federal records. <br /> (c) Interpretation of maps. <br /> The director of public works shall make interpretations where needed, as <br /> to the exact location of the boundaries of the azeas of special flood hazards <br /> (for example, where there appeazs to be a conflict between a mapped <br /> boundazy and actual field conditions).
