However, Mr. Blew failed to sign his letter. I am a <br /> public notary and will attend the County Council meeting in Hilo on July S't' <br /> to notarize Mr. Blew's signature on the letters of recipients who will bring <br /> them, if he agrees to sign them then. <br /> At the County Council meeting on June 19`!' in Kona, planner Georf,e <br /> Atta told the County Council that the road to the boat ramp did not nun <br /> through the Sea Mountain property zoned for the smaller hotel.
