Here's what Pat Blew said about the boat ramp: "Sea Mountain will
improve the pazking and install restroom facilities in the boat ramp area.
The boat ramp area will be given to the County so it will always be availabie
for launching boats and public use." There is no mention about the road
to the boat ramp staying open to the public. It's hard to launch boats
when there is no road to the boat ramp. So why not commit to keeping the
road open to the public? Would it devalue the properly zoned for the small~;r
hotel? Make it harder to sell, when the "chunking-out" begins?
This is one of many reasons I stopped working with the developer in
the series of somewhat secretive meetings: slippery, duplicitous verbosity
designed to sway naive residents without any firm commitment. I have lost
faith in every word spoken by the developer, and this recent unsigned letG.r
is proof once again of knavery.
Thank you,
~Jl~.
Ruth Marie Bass

d'd 49EH-6z6-B08 sseg az.+eW yznN d~r+-~~ -
