Kona Regional Plan: The Kona Regional Plan has recommended that commercial <br /> expansion in the mauka communities from Holualoa to Captain Cook be permitted as <br /> the need arises. This pattern will allow a better distribution of commercial services <br /> with respect to the residential settlement pattern. The Kona Regional Plan land use <br /> concept map designates the subject azea for Village Commercial uses. <br /> 10. County Zoning: The property is currently zoned Single Family Residential-15,000 <br /> square feet (RS-15) and Agricultural-5 acre (A-Sa). <br /> 11.
