No. 246-07 <br /> PLACE: Council Chamber <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:41 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 246-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 246-07, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> No. 499, dated June 25, 2007, authorizes the abandonment and sale of government paper roads to Kenneth <br /> and Jennifer Grace. <br /> The County of Hawaii is the owner of that certain pazcel of land, being a portion of the Niupea <br /> Homestead Road, Niupea Homesteads, Niupea, Hamakua, Hawaii, further described as lands abutting <br /> Tax Map Keys (3) 4-1-004:041 ("PR41") with an area of 19,919 squaze feet, and (3) 4-1-004:042 <br /> ("PR42") with an azea of 28,955 square feet.
