The applicant is proposing to construct a 6,250-square foot steel framed building, which will be used as a self storage business with an office. 2. Reasons For Request: The applicant is proposing to relocate her current storage business called A & A Storage Company located in Keaukaha to the new facility. 3. Projected Timeframe and Cost: The estimated timeframe to construct the improvements will take approximately 18 months to complete. The estimated cost of improvements is $350,000. 4. Employees and Clientele: Only one employee is needed to operate the business. It is estimated that the storage business will service about 150 customers. 5. Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Saturday and Sunday. 6.
