shall submit quarterly financial reports fifteen (15) calendar <br /> days after the end of each calendar quarter. Records and <br /> financial accounts shall be retained by the Grantee and shall <br /> <br /> be accessible to Agency and the United States Department of <br /> Justice for at least three years after Agency's grant with the <br /> Office of Violence Against Women is closed. <br /> 7. Grantee shall comply with all the <br /> ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br /> and local governments which in any way affect its performance <br /> <br /> under this Contract. <br /> 8. Grantee shall provide for an independent <br /> audit of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with <br /> <br /> Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133. <br /> 9. Grantee shall comply with the non- <br /> <br /> discrimination requirements of the Omnibus Crime Control and <br /> Safe Street Act of 1968 which prohibits discrimination in <br /> employment and in the delivery of services or benefits on the <br /> <br /> basis of race, color, national origin, religion, and sex; Title <br /> <br /> VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits <br /> discrimination in the delivery of services or benefits on the <br /> <br /> basis of race, color, and national origin; Section 504 of the <br /> Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with <br /> Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibit discrimination in <br /> employment and in the delivery of services or benefits based on <br /> Rev. 08/04 1~ <br /> <br />
