shall submit quarterly financial reports fifteen (15) calendar <br /> days after the end of each calendar quarter. Records and <br /> financial accounts shall be retained by the Grantee and shall <br /> <br /> be accessible to Agency and the United States Department of <br /> Justice for at least three years after Agency's grant with the <br /> Office of Violence Against Women is closed. <br /> 7. Grantee shall comply with all the <br /> ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br /> and local governments which in any way affect its performance <br /> <br /> under this Contract. <br /> 8. Grantee shall provide for an independent <br /> audit of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with <br /> <br /> Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133. <br /> 9.
