It has been <br /> such an entity as long as I can remember -including the County's Pavilion at Pu'umoa. <br /> Yet, at the same time we must realize that the development group will oppose <br /> continuous bureaucratic impedance. I am quite certain that the group, which would <br /> desire to develop Punaluu into a viable resort would be glad to abide by any reasonable <br /> <br /> pre-conditions set by our County Council. <br /> The present postponement would provide enough time for the two parties to <br /> confer (talk-story) on an acceptable compromise. <br /> I still remember the Kau District of the past having been prosperous and heavily <br /> <br /> populated.
